Return & Refund Policy

At AVRELLI, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned with its original packaging and accessories.
• You must provide your order number when requesting a return.

To request a return, please contact us at support@shopavrelli.com before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Do not send an item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without the original packaging, unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed, we may provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, or other reasons unrelated to a product defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, AVRELLI will cover the appropriate return or replacement shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your payment provider's normal processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect or defective item.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow our return process.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
